Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

At Skin Therapy by Sonya, we are proud to offer our organic and holistic formulated products. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please remember that all package purchases are final and not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and small business support!

Cancellation Policy:

Please be sure to show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork and acquainting yourself with the spa and staff. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you give us a 24-hour notice.  Please reach us by phone or email. Failure to arrive to your booked appointment or notify us of a cancellation/change within 24-hours of the appointment time will result in a penalty fee totaling 50% of your booking price.*

*Notice: Due to demand, changes in bookings may not always be soon after original appointment time. Bookings will be offered starting at earliest availability. Leaving a message over the weekend does not constitute as a 24-hour cancellation notice for your Tuesday appointment.  If you have a Tuesday appointment, you must let us know by Friday evening before we close.  Saturday is by appointment only and we may not be in.  We thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration.
