A European facial meant for a client’s first experience, tailored to your unique needs, combining holistic techniques with pharmaceutical-grade products. Therapist may choose to upgrade you to another facial upon consultation and skin analysis.
Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork and acquainting yourself with the spa and staff. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you give us a 24-hour notice. Please reach us by phone or email. Failure to arrive to your booked appointment or notify us of a cancellation/change within 24-hours of the appointment time will result in a penalty fee totaling 50% of your booking price.* *Notice: Due to demand, changes in bookings may not always be soon after original appointment time. Bookings will be offered starting at earliest availability. Leaving a message over the weekend does not constitute as a 24-hour cancellation notice for your Tuesday appointment. If you have a Tuesday appointment, you must let us know by Friday evening before we close. Saturday is by appointment only and we may not be in.
